By expressing their willingness to participate in the TrueMerit Olympiad, all student contestants (hereby referred to as ‘Participants’) and the representatives of participating schools (hereafter termed as ‘Schools’) acknowledge their commitment to adhere to the regulations of the competition and the stipulations outlined by TrueMerit Olympiad.
There will be no reimbursement of the registration fee in the event of a participant opting out at any stage, a no-show scenario, or under any other circumstances. TrueMerit reserves the prerogative to permit or disallow participation from any contestant.
The registration is non-transferrable under any circumstances. Only the originally registered participant will be permitted to proceed with the competition.
All details provided by participating schools during the application process will be subject to verification by TrueMerit. Any detected discrepancies may lead to disqualification of the respective participating school without prior notification.
Upon registering for TrueMerit Olympiad, participating schools also indicate their consent to receive periodic communications pertaining to the contest or other relevant products, offerings, or services from the organizers.
TrueMerit reserves the right to make alterations to the format, schedule, assessment methodology, prizes, and other related aspects of TrueMerit Olympiad.
Trophies, medals, and certificates, once conferred upon a participating school, are considered final, and no exchange or replacement will be entertained. These accolades are also non-transferable.
In the event that specified awards become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, TrueMerit retains the discretion to substitute them with equivalent alternatives.
rueMerit, its sponsors/partners, or employees shall not be held liable for any warranty, costs, damages, injuries, or claims incurred by the recipient as a result of utilizing the prize awarded by TrueMerit.
Participating schools are responsible for capturing photographs/videos during the award ceremony on behalf of TrueMerit. These visuals should be shared with TrueMerit for potential usage across various channels.
The minimum requirement for participation in TrueMerit Olympiad is 25 students per school, with no maximum limit imposed.
Any queries regarding rules, exam format, or other pertinent aspects may be directed to TrueMerit via Email (as provided). It is imperative for schools to appoint a designated coordinator for effective communication.
TrueMerit Olympiad is to be conducted during regular school hours, either on school computers with internet connectivity or via students' smartphones in designated exam rooms.
TrueMerit reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the contest without prior notice.
Participating schools are urged to refrain from disseminating inaccurate or misleading information about the contest on social media platforms. Any violations will be subject to disciplinary action by TrueMerit.
Schools found to contravene rules, gain unfair advantages, or employ fraudulent means may face disqualification at any stage of the competition.
Final adjudications on disputes shall rest with TrueMerit, and its decisions shall be binding on all participating schools.

It is imperative for participating schools to provide accurate contact details, including mobile numbers of participants/parents, to facilitate seamless communication and correspondence.
Participating schools will receive regular updates and communications concerning student participation and other pertinent details throughout the contest duration.

Appoint School Coordinator to Conduct and Coordinate TrueMerit Olympiad Exam.
School Principal / Coordinator Will Receive Username and Password Through WhatsApp / E-Mail.
Give Circular/Notification (WhatsApp Group Message/Website/ School Circular) about TrueMerit Olympiad to students.
Prepare Enrolled Students List, Collect Fees From Students (Students List Must Contain Student Name, Std, Parent’s Mobile Number & Email)
Once We Receive Students List and Payment, Confirmation Message will be sent to school.
Schools have choices to conduct TrueMerit Olympiad either online or offline. Prior communications have to be made to TrueMerit on the same.
